The challeges start, be ready

This is my third blog. Like the others the base is the sports, but now we will see the sports from other point of view: The incredible power of our mind in the sports.

Through the blog we are going to learn how sports teach us how to overcome any difficulty. The things that we learn from the sports are the keys of some of the problems we see every day.

The pain, the desperation and the impotence are just simple misunderstandings of our mind created by complaints from our body.

When all seems to be done, there is our mind to keep us going harder and achieve our objectives, to reach the top.

Nothing is easy. The objectives always are difficult to reach them. There is going to be blood, sweat and tears, but this is the only way to be as we really are… YOU MUST BE THE BEST. Can you handle it?

“Pain is temporary. It may last a minute or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit however, it lasts forever”

  1. That is interesting Iron Black Shield.

Although I don't practice sports very much,I feel I need to do that. Are sports like walking enough for our bodies and minds? Could you please give some insight into the relation between the mind and sports because I'm really interested in knowing that.

Thanks Iron Black Shield for this nice entry!

Pain is truly temporary... and quitting, however, last forever. I love this quote. Did you make it up? I should really exercise my mind as much as i exercise my body lol... And this blog is inspiring... I HOPE ALL FAT PEOPLE READ YOUR BLOG TO LOSE WEIGHT...!!!! THEY WILLLLL!!!!!!

  3. "The incredible power of our mind in sports," is such an interesting topic to me. I am fascinated by the mind-body connection. I know that physical activity can change the chemistry of our brains, but I am less familiar with how our mind can alter the state of our bodies.

There is something so exciting about your words and images. The mood of this blog makes me feel giddy--like there is hope for me to do something strong and physical that will make my life more bountiful.

Failure is forever. I agree but is failure so bad? Don't we learn from it?
